Project / Programme Management Team - Associate
This is an entry-level position in the program management domain and the primary function is to provide support in project tracking and reporting at a project level.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides project management support to project/program leadership by helping to manage issues and re-planning efforts (opportunities to lead small projects or tracks within a larger project)
- Mobilises and manages a team to execute against project/track plans
- Responsible for putting together client communications, such as status reports.
- Performs analysis for staff utilisation, resource availability & forecast
- Assists proposal creation efforts
- Documents and facilitates gathering and use of project best practices across the Project / Programme Management Domain
- Supports client workshops and checkpoint meetings

Project / Programme Management Team - Manager
You will bring excellent relationship building skills as well as strong leadership and team management to lead diverse and dynamic teams in the successful delivery of complex client solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of project management tools and approaches to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the development of project estimates
- Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects and programmes
- Time and budget allocation, scoping, quality and risk management and client relationship-management
- Provide day-to-day project contact for the client (expectations, communications, negotiations, escalation, feedback, etc)
- Provide structure and supervision to project teams to ensure maximum performance
- Provide continuous contribution to enhance and strengthen our delivery approach
- Provide support to business development initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong commercial focus and acumen needs to be demonstrated
- Experience working in a top tier consulting organisation
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation and negotiation skills
- Having a view on industry themes & trends
- 7+ years project management experience preferably delivering browser-based solutions
- Accountability for budget or client revenue of £2m or higher
- Experienced multiple full project lifecycles from business development to final delivery with multidisciplinary team (business, technology, and creative)
- Experience using object oriented design and development methodologies preferred
- Direct managerial responsibility for 10 or more individuals.

Software Engineer (.NET) - £35‐£45k
PROFILE
Reporting to the Head of Development, the successful applicant will be part of a small Development
department of permanent and contract software engineering professionals working individually or
as part of teams delivering projects for private and public sector customers.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The applicant must have: a minimum of four years commercial software development using the .NET
framework, a minimum of two years of which should be commercial experience in the development
of web‐based applications; demonstrable knowledge and experience of designing, developing,
deploying, and maintaining multi‐server n‐tiered enterprise web applications, with an emphasis on
security; Visual Studio 2005 Professional minimum (Team Suite preferred); .NET 2.0 and above
(mainly C#, exposure to VB.NET would be useful) and ASP.NET 2.0; AJAX using .NET Framework;
XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript; strong self and team organisational skills as well as oral and written
communication skills. Ideally, the applicant will have: experience of WCF services (particularly web
services and web service security); exposure to industry standard ORMs such as nHibernate; SQL
Server 2005 minimum (T‐SQL – Profiling, performance tuning optional); VSS, Subversion (with Visual
SVN); MOSS 2007 would be a significant advantage; practical experience of agile (preferably Scrum)
principles, including Test‐Driven Development; experience in modelling using UML; experience in
developing on relational databases including stored procedures; exposure to PRINCE2 approaches to
project and programme management. The candidate should demonstrate: good verbal and written
communication skills both to other developers and to non‐technical audiences; a commitment to
quality and correctness of implementation; a drive to stay abreast of and embrace new technologies
in customer solutions.

Tester/ Quality Assurance Engineer
PROFILE
This role reports to the test / Quality Team Lead within the development department. The successful
applicant will be part of a small team of permanent and contract test professionals working as part
of teams delivering customer projects. The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in the
full lifecycle of testing of largely web‐based applications.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Web‐based application test experience, with practical knowledge of common test tools and
applications, ideally including the Mercury suite; strong knowledge of testing throughout the project
lifecycle including: unit, system, integration and user acceptance testing (functional and nonfunctional);
strong self and team organisational skills as well as oral and written communication
skills. Ideally, the applicant will have practical experience of agile (preferably Scrum) principles,
including Test‐Driven Development, as well PRINCE2 approaches to project and programme
management.

Test / Quality Assurance Team Lead
PROFILE
This role owns the testing (quality assurance) function. The successful applicant will be
managing a small team of permanent and contract test professionals working as part of teams
delivering customer projects. The role owns the test strategy within the company as part of the
overall development process and as a service product, as well as project‐specific requirements as
part of delivery teams. The successful candidate will demonstrate credibility and authority within the
team, the department and the Company as a whole, as well as to the Company’s clients, on all issues
related to the testing of largely web‐based applications.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Web‐based application test experience, with strong, practical knowledge of common test tools and
applications including the Mercury suite; strong knowledge of comprehensive test structure and
strategy including: unit, system, integration and user acceptance testing (functional and nonfunctional
‐ given the nature of the solutions we develop, performance and scalability testing
knowledge will be of particular importance); practical experience of agile (preferably Scrum)
principles, including Test‐Driven Development, as well PRINCE2 approaches to project and
programme management and how test and quality assurance fit with these; strong self and team
organisational skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
